Disconnectors of the RDZ series for 110 kV are designed to switch on and off de-energised sections of the electrical circuit under voltage, transformer no-load currents, charging currents of overhead and cable lines, as well as grounding of disconnected sections using grounding devices.
Disconnectors are available in single-pole, two-pole and three-pole versions. The pole to which the actuator is connected is the leading pole. The actuators are designed to operate the disconnectors.

– manually by means of PRG drives;
– automatically by means of PD-14 motor drives (or analogues).
Outdoor disconnectors of the RDZ-220/1000 UHL1, RDZ-220/2000 UHL1, RDZ-220/3150 UHL1 series are designed to switch on and off de-energized sections of a high voltage circuit under voltage, as well as to ground the de-energized sections using stationary grounding devices.
The disconnectors are manufactured by the company in a single-pole version, partially disassembled for transportation, and are supplied (depending on the order) for installation of a single-pole, two-pole or three-pole device, which is connected to the drive at the installation site.
The disconnector is controlled by an electric motor drive of the PD-5UHL 1 or PDG-5UHL1 or PDG-8UHL1 type. The earthing switches are manually controlled by the actuator type PD-5UHL1 or PDG-5UHL1.
